The set of plasm-making equipment in first period project is imported from BC in Canada. It has high plasm yield and clean plasm material. The paper-making net parts adopts three-folded net and the paper comes into good shape. It is assured that the thickness of the paper is consistent and smooth by using mid-high double roller heat-pressing machine. The product process and quality management have realized complete computer control. With the full digital direct current transmission technology, the paper machine runs with high stability. The whole set of paper machine combination has been in the leading position in nation and up to international first grade level.
The second project will introduce in the advanced fully new paper machine and plasm-making equipment from Finland. The equipment of rewinding, transmission, DCS and QCS will be imported from German, Sweden and etc. The new combination set of paper machine will stand for the most advanced paper-manufacturing level of early 21century.
To ensure the product quality and effiency, the company equips itself with advanced experimental instrument and introduces the senior engineers specializing in making paper. Meantime it invites foreign experts to manage the product and direct the technology. We go to many academy schools and colleges to employ new graduate every year since the establishment of the mill for whom we provides good training chances, fine working and life environment. Gradually they become the technic backbones of the company.
